BTM Layout lake Park & boating center is on 29th main road, 2nd stage of BTM Layout.  It is 1.1 km from BTM Outer Ring Road. KiraVana BDA Park on 4th main road of 2nd stage of BTM Layout, which is 0.1 km from Bannerghatta Road, BTM Mico Layout Park is on 2nd main road of BTM Layout & just 0.5 km from Bannerghatta Road.

Jogger's Park is on 4th Cross Road on BTM 2nd stage, National Poet Kuvempu Park is on BTM Layout 2nd stage, Nandanavana is on 3rd main road of BTM Layout 2nd stage, 7th Cross Park & Grounds on 2nd stage of BTM Layout which is near to IAS Colony.

Temples near BTM Layout are Ayyappa temple and Kashi Vishweshwara Swamy Temple. Kashi Vishweshwara Swamy Temple is present near to BTM Layout Lake Park, which is just 1.1 km from Outer Ring Road.

Ayyappa Temple is in Madiwala, Someshwara Temple in Jaibhima Nagar of Madiwala. This Temple has a swayambu Shiva linga formed by natural rock called as Sanctum Sanctorum.  The deity is considered as powerful.

Kodanda Rama Temple is on 2nd stage of BTM Layout just behind Shopper Stop. Visit to this one Temple gives the darshan of many Gods. Apart from Lord Rama, here Lord Venkateshwara, Sri Lakshmi, Ganapathi, Subramanya, Anjaneya, Navagraha's and Garuda. Hanuman Temple is on Hosur Road of Madiwala.

Apart from these Hindu temples, even Masjids & Mosques are present on BTM Layout.   Jamia Masjid is on the Kanyakumari Road of Madiwala. Majid-E-Mina is on BTM Layout 1. Madina Masjid is on 2nd stage of BTM Layout. Madeena Mosque is on New Tavarekere of Madiwala of 2nd stage of BTM Layout. Bethany Baptist Church is near Mico Layout of BTM Layout 2nd stage& Zion AG Church is also present.

There are three BTM Layout Playgrounds, of which first one is on BTM Layout 2nd stage, next one is on 20th main road of 2nd stage BTM Layout and the other is at the 5th Cross road of 2nd stage BTM Layout. As BTM Layout is also known as Kuvempunagar, Kuvempu Nagar Bus Depot is near Outer Ring Road of BTM Layout 2nd stage.

Central Silk Board, Indian Institute of Management, Alliance Business School and Kathalaya are present in BMT Layout. Famous tourist visiting places are Bannerghatta National Park, Suvarnamukhi hills, Madiwala Lake Park & even Crazy Waters is also near to the BTM Layout.

Bannerghatta National Park has a Zoo, Tiger, Lion Reserve and a Biological Reserve. This Park’s attractions are Crocodile farm, Serpentarium & Butterfly Park.  Zoo holds a home to the wild animals like tiger, lion, bison, leopard & wild boar. Zoo conducts adventurous trips like Tiger & Lion Safari for its visitors.  From BTM Layout Bannerghatta National Park is very near & it is very easy to travel that too in a minimum budget. From Jayadeva Hospital flyover G4 or 365 takes to the Park.

Suvarnamukhi stream flows in the Park which adds a natural ambience to the Bannerghatta National Park. At the foot of Suvarnamukhi hills, Champakadhama Swamy temple is seen that stands & represents the architectural style of Dravidians which belong to the Hoyasala era. Even this Suvarnamukhi hills attracts the trekking lovers to go on their expedition.

Madiwala Lake Park is maintained by the forest department. Variety of bird species flies to this place in winter due to their migratory seasonal patterns from the Island of Madiwala Lake. And entry is free in the morning before 9:30 AM but for after hour visits the Park administration charges 3 RS. And the attractions of Madiwala Lake Park are so enthralling that everyone who visits enjoys bird watching and boating along with the picturesque landscape scenic beauty of Madiwala Lake. The picturesque landscape natural backdrop of Madiwala Lake makes the Park more & more enriching & made the Madiwala Lake Park a famous visiting place. Crazy Water is an Amusement Water theme Park which is on Bannerghatta Main Road.

BTM Layout is a complete residential locality in itself with all sorts of amenities within reach and this layout is in reach to all the prominent areas.
